FAQs

  • A. While only 1- 3mg of melatonin is often the dosage needed to provide sleep support, this formula contains 10mg per capsule. This higher amount of melatonin supports important physiological effects - in addition to providing sleep support. When dosed between 10mg to 20mg per night, melatonin promotes cell repair, supports immunity, and provides antioxidant effects. Of note, some individuals whose occasional sleeplessness does not respond to lower doses of melatonin may benefit from higher doses under the guidance of a healthcare professional. Also, of note, supplemental melatonin, even at this dose, does not suppress the body's own production of melatonin
