Her present clinical focus is on addressing the needs of this specific population of thrivers using evidence-informed strategies. In addition, Dr. Alschuler is a thriver herself and uses her own experience to better understand their unique challenges.

ProThrivers™ Wellness Sleep Directions and/or Dosage
Adults take 1 capsule, may increase to 2 capsules as needed, 30-60 minutes before bed. Not formulated for children. Take only as directed. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Do not use if you are pregnant, attempting to become pregnant, nursing, or if you have or are being treated for depression or dementia. If you are being treated for diabetes, autoimmune, endocrine, blood clotting, or seizure disorders, or if you are taking prescription drugs, consult a healthcare professional before use. This product may cause drowsiness, do not drive, or operate machinery while taking this product. Avoid alcohol and other sedatives while taking this product. If you are experiencing long-term sleep difficulties, consult a healthcare professional.
Keep out of reach of children.
Safety sealed with inner seal. Do not use if seal is broken or missing. Keep tightly closed. Store at room temperature. Avoid excessive heat and direct sunlight.

A. While only 1- 3mg of melatonin is often the dosage needed to provide sleep support, this formula contains 10mg per capsule. This higher amount of melatonin supports important physiological effects - in addition to providing sleep support. When dosed between 10mg to 20mg per night, melatonin promotes cell repair, supports immunity, and provides antioxidant effects. Of note, some individuals whose occasional sleeplessness does not respond to lower doses of melatonin may benefit from higher doses under the guidance of a healthcare professional. Also, of note, supplemental melatonin, even at this dose, does not suppress the body's own production of melatonin
