Take 1 to 3 capsules daily or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

Do not use this product if pregnant or nursing. Do not use if you have stomach or duodenal ulcers, stomach irritation, or inflammation. Do not use this product if you have a bleeding disorder, are taking blood thinning medication, or are within a week of any surgical procedure.
