Adults take 2 capsules daily, preferably with food. Do not exceed recommended dose.
Warning
Do not take if you are pregnant, nursing, or if you have known hypersensitivity to iodine or hyperthyroidism. If you have gallstones, a bile duct obstruction, a kidney disorder, hypercalcemia, hypercalciuria, a bleeding disorder, are taking Coumadin®‡ (warfarin) or any other prescription drugs, consult a healthcare professional before use.
Keep out of reach of children.
Safety sealed with inner seal. Do not use if seal is broken or missing. Keep tightly closed. Store at room temperature. Avoid excessive heat and direct sunlight.
