We’ve compiled a list of some of our most frequently asked questions to help you in navigating the site, ordering products, and finding information about seminars and programs. Website Registration

You may reset your password anytime using the Forgot Password?; link on the Sign In page. You will receive an email which will include a link to reset your password.

If you would like to place orders online, website registration is required. You can gain online access by registering here.

Once you may update any of your account information including payment options and shipping address within the “ ” section of the site. You may also update your information by calling our customer service department at 800-931-1709, Monday-Friday from 8 AM – 5 PM CT.

Ordering & Product Information

Yes, products listed on backorder may still be added to your order. We will ship as soon as it’s available.

We do not support international orders directly. However, some of our distributor partner - including Emerson Ecologics - offer international shipping. For orders within Canada, please contact our Vancouver office at 800.644.3211.
