Website Registration

How do I reset my password?

You may reset your password anytime using the “Forgot Password?” link on the Sign In page. You will receive an email which will include a link to reset your password.

Where can I update my account information?

Once signed in, you may update any of your account information including payment options and shipping address within the “My Account” section of the site. You may also update your information by calling our customer service department at 800.931.1709, Monday-Friday from 7 AM – 6 PM CT.

I am currently a customer, do I need to register on the website?

If you would like to place orders online, website registration is required. You can gain online access by registering here.

Ordering & Product Information

Do you support international orders?

We do not support international orders directly. However, some of our distributor partners do offer international support. For orders within Canada, please contact our Vancouver office at 800.644.3211.

Can I order a product listed as “backordered”?

Yes, products listed on backorder may still be added to your order. We will ship as soon as it’s available.

Can I ship your products directly to my patient?

We do not offer patient drop-ship services, however, several of our distributor partners can assist you with any urgent direct delivery needs.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, all orders over $200 receive free shipping.

STAIR Program

Who selects the residency sites?

The STAIR Integrative Residency Committee is responsible for assigning residency sites. Information about the next STAIR residency clinic sites will be available in November each year. Find out more about STAIR residency site criteria.

Who selects the residents?

The STAIR Integrative Residency Committee, comprised of representatives of the naturopathic industry including AANP and accredited naturopathic schools, participates in the selection of applicants and their advancement in the interview process. The applicants are then ranked and matched through the universal NPGA Residency Matching Process.

What is the compensation for the residency?

Integrative Therapeutics pays each resident a non-negotiable monthly salary of $3,000 per month for one year, totaling $36,000. The residency site is required to provide malpractice insurance, health insurance or $300 per month toward health insurance, 10 days paid time off, and $500 for continuing medical education to be pre-approved by the site director. Additional compensation is negotiated between the resident and the residency site. The clinic is not required to offer additional compensation for relocation or performance, but this may be an option on a site-by-site basis.

Does the site and resident have to buy, sell or promote Integrative Therapeutics?

No, although we hope to create a lifelong business partnership with STAIR sites and residents, Integrative Therapeutics does not require the purchase, selling or promotion of our products.

What qualifies a residency site?

A qualified site must be a successful integrative medical practice with both an ND and MD or DO on staff or be an ND who practices in partnership with an MD or DO within a 30 mile radius.
