Our Raw Material Qualification Process
At Integrative Therapeutics, transparency around our sourcing and manufacturing processes is part of our quality promise to you – so you can feel confident in our dedication to uphold and exceed the highest quality standards.
Material and Vendor Sourcing Process
Developing products that you and your patients can count on begins at the source – with our materials and our vendors. That is why we ensure all potential suppliers undergo an extensive sourcing program prior to material consideration.
Initiated with a formal vendor quality evaluation, our sourcing program provides critical regulatory, processing, and safety information, including regulatory status, material source, processing steps, quality, purity, and stability. This information is then reviewed by our Quality Assurance department, which
is made up of top-of-their-field scientists. Any supplier who does not meet our quality standards is barred from becoming a vendor.
In the next phase of raw material sourcing, Integrative Therapeutics completes stringent testing on ingredient samples. All materials are subject to identity, potency, microbiological, and purity tests. Integrative Therapeutics monitors and tests each and every lot purchased to ensure that quality is maintained.
Advancing Manufacturing and Operational Standards
At Integrative Therapeutics, we have built quality into every aspect of our business - from our facility, to our processes, to our people. In addition, we have received our third-party Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Certification, which confirms that a facility is in compliance with the dietary supplement GMP regulations.Our labels are accurate, and every product we sell is consistent, batch to batch, bottle to bottle, and capsule to capsule. The end results are products you can trust.
Our dedication to quality and safety has not gone unnoticed. Our facility boasts long-standing certifications and registrations from some of the most reputable and respected organizations, recognizing our world-class operations and track record of quality. We are proud that our onsite, state-of-the-art laboratory was awarded ISO 17025 accreditation in 2021, making Integrative Therapeutics one of the first internal labs in the dietary supplement industry to achieve such an honor. Accreditation to this internationally accepted standard provides formal recognition that our lab has proven its technical competence and operates a quality management system to provide reliable, accurate test results.
